ASX Company News: Transol Corporation Secures You Tube Ad Revenue Deal

The Directors of Transol Corporation (TNC) are pleased to announce Valleyarm Digital Pvt. Ltd, through its 100% owned subsidiary Music Services Asia Pvt. Ltd., has entered into a global Content  License Agreement with Google Ireland Ltd for You Tube. The agreement allows for Valleyarm’s catalogue to be ingested by Google allowing You Tube’s recognition system to identify video and audio from Valleyarm’s catalogue on Google, and with this pay Valleyarm for each play of video or audio represented.

The You Tube monetization model devises from an automated service whereby Valleyarm will be paid for views of upload content from its catalogue from the advertising revenue generated on You Tube’s site.

Anthony Zameczkowski, Head of You Tube partnerships said “We are excited that this partnership will allow users to enjoy videos from their favorite artists in Valleyarm’s expansive Asia Pacific catalogue.”

The Directors of Transol Corporation Limited (TNC) are pleased to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary Valleyarm Digital Pty Ltd has entered into a digital music distribution agreement with Guvera Australia Pty Ltd. Guvera’s website offers consumers free and legal music and digital content downloads and streams paid for by advertisers. This is an encouraging result for Valleyarm, as it gives the Valleyarm catalogue access to Guvera’s branded channels and unique revenue model in both the Australia and the United States. The Guvera model allows users to download music tracks for free, with advertisers paying for the download, to ensure artists are paid and the music industry continues to grow.

ASX Company News: Transol Corporation Renews NZ Transport Agency Agreement

Transol Corporation Limited (TNC) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary CLTNet NZ Limited (“CLTNet NZ”) has renewed its software and services agreement with the New Zealand Transport Agency (“the NZTA”) for a minimum term of five years with an option to extend the agreement to seven years.

The new agreement includes the licensing of CLTNet’s computerised Driver Licence Theory Testing system, the delivery of online driver education web services and provision for the supply of additional testing services for the transport industry in New Zealand. CLTNet NZ will receive an annual license and consulting fees from the NZTA and income from the sale of education and practice tests to the New Zealand public.

The renewed agreement is an endorsement of the Company’s technology and services. During the past 18 months CLTNet NZ and the NZTA have collaborated to deliver a national computerized testing and education service to the New Zealand public through a network of over 100 licencetesting centres and online through the website www.roadcodepractice.co.nz. The NZTA expect to conduct up to 150,000 tests each year for learner drivers and over 200,000 practice tests a year.

Leading up to the renewal of the agreement, CLTNet NZ has been introducing new functionality to its website to support reseller channels for the sale of practice tests by driving instructors, schools and retailers. With the agreement now signed these channels will be activated and generate sales in the current quarter.

Valleyarm’s catalogue will be available on R2G’s Wawawa Music Store, the largest independent music store in China, including distribution through China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom as well as provincial platforms through over 150 supply partners. ASX Company News: Transol Corporation Signs Malaysian Contract

The Directors of Transol Corporation Limited (TNC) are pleased to announce that its 70% owned subsidiary Valleyarm Digital Pty Ltd (“Valleyarm”) entered into a Territorial Partnership Agreement with Live Music Group Productions (“LMGP”) for representation in Malaysia.

LMGP will aggregate the digital rights of Malaysian music and video content on behalf of Valleyarm within Malaysia and act as a local representative and account manager for the Valleyarm catalogue.  This agreement strengthens Valleyarm’s position as the leading South East Asian digital video and music content company, enabling Valleyarm to drive revenues of digital sales within Malaysia as well as selling Malaysian content via Valleyarm’s global distribution platform.

Transol has the right to earn an additional 10% (for an 80% interest) for the advancement of AUD $100,000 should Valleyarm meet or exceed set milestones.   LMGP is a leading artist management and touring company in South East Asia. Based in Melaka, Malaysia, the company has a strong relationship base within the music industry in Malaysia and have worked with many well known regional artists and labels.
