ASX Company News: Transol Corporation Secures You Tube Ad Revenue Deal

The Directors of Transol Corporation (TNC) are pleased to announce Valleyarm Digital Pvt. Ltd, through its 100% owned subsidiary Music Services Asia Pvt. Ltd., has entered into a global Content  License Agreement with Google Ireland Ltd for You Tube. The agreement allows for Valleyarm’s catalogue to be ingested by Google allowing You Tube’s recognition system to identify video and audio from Valleyarm’s catalogue on Google, and with this pay Valleyarm for each play of video or audio represented.

The You Tube monetization model devises from an automated service whereby Valleyarm will be paid for views of upload content from its catalogue from the advertising revenue generated on You Tube’s site.

Anthony Zameczkowski, Head of You Tube partnerships said “We are excited that this partnership will allow users to enjoy videos from their favorite artists in Valleyarm’s expansive Asia Pacific catalogue.”

ASX Company News: Transol Enters Japanese Distribution Agreement

The Agreement will allow Valleyarm to distribute its catalogue of 1.8 million songs to over 200 music retailers and mobile partners in Japan, including Reco choku, Oricon, Dwango and Labelgate. The partnership strengthens Valleyarm’s presence in the Japanese digital music market, with the Valleyarm catalogue already available with several Japanese digital retailers including iTunes Japan and Amazon Japan. Japan is a key territory for Valleyarm, and as identified by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry as the second largest music market in the world, with estimated global digital music revenues to exceed US$13.5 billion by 2014, making Valleyarm’s growth into leading digital markets including Japan key to increased revenues and overall growth.

The Directors of Transol Corporation Limited (TNC) are pleased to announce that it has been  notified by a Canadian private entity that it has completed its due diligence on the proposed sale of  Liberty Mining International Pty Ltd and its controlled subsidiaries, and following the successful outcome of this process, will be proceeding, with the transaction.  The key terms of the sale are payment of US$600,000 in cash;  issue of shares 600,000 Class A common shares in an entity intending to list onto TSX* and  a net smelter royalty of 2.5% on the Banlung, Banlung North, Oyadao and Oyadao South licenses to a maximum aggregate payment of US$800,000

ASX Company News: Transol Corporation Renews NZ Transport Agency Agreement

Transol Corporation Limited (TNC) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary CLTNet NZ Limited (“CLTNet NZ”) has renewed its software and services agreement with the New Zealand Transport Agency (“the NZTA”) for a minimum term of five years with an option to extend the agreement to seven years.

The new agreement includes the licensing of CLTNet’s computerised Driver Licence Theory Testing system, the delivery of online driver education web services and provision for the supply of additional testing services for the transport industry in New Zealand. CLTNet NZ will receive an annual license and consulting fees from the NZTA and income from the sale of education and practice tests to the New Zealand public.

The renewed agreement is an endorsement of the Company’s technology and services. During the past 18 months CLTNet NZ and the NZTA have collaborated to deliver a national computerized testing and education service to the New Zealand public through a network of over 100 licencetesting centres and online through the website www.roadcodepractice.co.nz. The NZTA expect to conduct up to 150,000 tests each year for learner drivers and over 200,000 practice tests a year.

Leading up to the renewal of the agreement, CLTNet NZ has been introducing new functionality to its website to support reseller channels for the sale of practice tests by driving instructors, schools and retailers. With the agreement now signed these channels will be activated and generate sales in the current quarter.
