SAI Global Acquires Cintellate Pty

SAI Global Limited (SAI) today announced the acquisition of Cintellate Pty Ltd, a leading global provider of compliance and risk management tools that allow companies to manage their compliance obligations and risk mitigation in the areas of safety, health and the environment (SH&E).  Cintellate is head-quartered in Perth, Western Australia and has an office in Houston, USA. The company focuses predominantly on the utilities, oil, gas, refining, mining, engineering, construction, manufacturing and chemical sectors. Since its foundation in 1994 Cintellate’s core technology has been developed specifically for the management of safety, health and the environment.

Coffey Secures Another $40 million In Iraq

Global professional services consultancy Coffey International Limited (COF) today announced that the U.S. Agency for International Development has awarded Coffey a US$40 million funding increase within the contract for the Tatweer Project in Iraq. Coffey is managing the Tatweer Project, part of the United States Government’s program to rebuild a strong Iraqi civil service. This increases total funding for the project to its ceiling of US$340 million. The Tatweer Project aims to rebuild administrative capacity of key ministries within the Iraqi Government, and to deliver services to the Iraqi people. The additional US$40 million contract will allow the project to be extended to all eighteen Iraqi provinces, ensuring that project successes obtained in Baghdad can continue at every level of the Iraqi state. Project advisors will expand their work with ministers, mid and senior level staff to develop project management, human resources, information technology and financial management skills.
