The Directors of ADG Global Supply Limited (ADQ) are delighted to advise that today, the Company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Advance Waste Water Systems Ltd, the manufacturer and supplier of “Greyflow Systems”. This exclusive agreement is for the sale of Greyflow Systems throughout Australia and New Zealand. As part of this agreement the Company will integrate Advance’s existing client base and sales into its own activities. Representation of these products and equipment is also expected to positively impact the sales revenue of the Company’s Pump Division and strengthen the Company’s position as a leader in the supply of grey water reuse systems.
Advance’s Greyflow Systems have been developed over 7 years and its innovative Greyflow inceptor used in all types of new home developments is protected by patent rights.
After signing the agreement, Mr Sam Miliani, CEO of Advance, stated “ADG’s expertise in sales and distribution allows the core focus of Advance Waste Water Systems to be in technical support and research and development. ADG demonstrated to us a thriving distribution channel and, coupled with its Universal Pumps range, made it the clear partner for us”. The Company’s Sales and Marketing Director, Mr John Mancini, stated that “with increasing water restrictions, Advance’s Greyflow Systems strengthens ADG’s core offering in its Pump Division and provides our customers with leading water savings products”.
