ASX Company News: Transfield Services Awarded $200 million Roading Contracts

Transfield Services (TSE) has been awarded contracts worth approximately $200 million across its international operations. These include: A new US$100 million, 34‐year contract with the California Department of Transportation to provide operations and maintenance services to San Francisco’s Presidio Parkway project. Services will be delivered through the Golden Link Concessionaire public‐private partnership. Three contracts in New Zealand to provide maintenance and minor upgrade services for two Northland District Councils’ road networks, including: A five year, NZ$41 million renewal of the Far North District Council Eastern Area contract;  A five year, NZ$20 million renewal of the Whangarei South contract, and A new five year, NZ$6 million contract for the Whangarei Central’s urban road network.  A new three year contract to provide shutdown mechanical and electrical maintenance services to a  mining operator in Port Hedland, Western Australia. The contract has a three‐year extension option.
