US Markets Lower On 8/2/2010

The US markets closed lower falling into the close. The Dow closed down 103 points or 1.0% at 9,908, the S&P500 was down 9 points or 0.9% at 1056 and the Nasdaq was down 15 points or 0.7% at 2126.
Gold and oil were both higher. Gold settled up $13.20 at $1066.00/oz and crude oil was up $0.63 at $71.82/bbl.
