Talent2 (TWO), Asia Pacific’s largest HR Outsourcing company is pleased to announce that it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire a leading Asian Payroll services business – Zapper Services. The deal is expected to be completed within six weeks. The transaction will be funded through a combination of equity (subject to escrow) and debt.

Singapore based Zapper provides outsourced payroll and HR administration to 14 countries, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The firm has revenues of approximately S$12 million and employs 135 staff, with processing centres in Philippines,
Singapore and Malaysia. Zapper has over 20 years of experience with almost 1000 clients, from SMEs
to MNCs, across the region.
