The Directors of JV Global Limited (JVG) wish to advise that the company has entered into an Exclusive Strategic Partnership Alliance with Quick Build Construction UK Limited to act as the Australian Representative for their business activities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Quick Build currently has offices in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates and are in the process of establishing an office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to take advantage of the considerable opportunities that exist in the building and construction industry. Their business focus encompasses Consultancy; Business Development; Distribution Channel Management; Steel Framing Factory Set-Up; and Procurement. The Quick Build business model involves the establishment of Business Centre; Steel Frame Factory; and Business Park.
JV Global Limited will act as the conduit for Australian businesses wishing to establish themselves in the lucrative Saudi market by facilitating introductions to Quick Build who will work with the various companies in establishing their presence in the region. JV Global Limited will also be involved in the commissioning of the light gauge steel framing (LGSF) factory that will produce the stud framing and roof trusses for both residential and commercial projects. It is anticipated that this alliance with Quick Build will open up revenue opportunities for JV Global Limited.
