Island Sky Australia Limited (ISK) today announced it had signed a new $USD 27 million agreement for its unique “air to water” making machines to be distributed in Spain, Dominica, and 13 countries across Africa.

Michael Paragon, ISK’s Executive Director and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said that under the three year agreement, Spanish Distributor Essential Water S.L., will purchase Skywater®14 products from ISK for the non-exclusive right to distribute them across Spain, Dominica, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Guinea Equatorial, Cameroon, Angola, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Sierra Leone, Guinea Conakry, Guinea Bissau, Senegal, Algeria. Essential Water S.L. is a recently formed sales and marketing organization based in Barcelona, Spain, created for the purpose of selling Island Sky’s air to water machines.

The company’s management is made up from executives and principals from the Precisport S.L. sports merchandising and licensing company. Under the agreement, Essential Water is obliged to purchase a minimum quantity of units from ISK, equating to USD $27 million in sales for Island Sky over a three year period. Essential Water may also be vested with a right of exclusivity for several of the territories listed above if it meets specified minimum sales targets. “We are seeing our global sales and marketing efforts really starting to pay off,” Mr Paragon said today. “The demand for our Skywater® water-making-machines is reaching an all time high.” About Island Sky ISK’s unique patented “air to water” making machines draw water vapor from the air and convert it to drinkable water. The Skywater 14, for home and office use, can, under optimal conditions, be expected to produce up to 50 litres of water per day at low energy costs. The larger Skywater 300 is capable of producing up to 1100 litres of water per day.
