Oropa (ORP) announced on the 29/5/2009 that they would be conducting a Share Purchase Plan to raise additional capital. The record date is the 8/6/2009 on which shareholders must own the share to participate in the SPP and the closing date is 29/6/2009. Shares are to be issued on 6/7/2009 and begin trading on 9/7/2009. A maximum of $5,000 can be purchased by each shareholder at a 15% discount to the volume wieghted average price (VWAP) prior to issue.
