NetComm Limited (NTC) has today successfully completed an agreement to acquire 100% of C10 Communications Pty Limited from the Lemarne Corporation Limited on a debt and cash free basis, for $3.2 million. C10 is an Australian based design and manufacturing company of telecommunications products. Its product portfolio covers a range of DSL filter products. Most importantly, C10 strengthens NetComm’s growing relationships with recognized telecommunications carriers and ISPs. C10′s portfolio of customers includes Telstra, AAPT, Primus Telecom, Internode, TPG, etc.
